Tanglewood Townhouse Association

The Tanglewood Townhouse Association (TTA) is an independent townhouse association located on Bloch Terrace and most of Britten Court in Lake Oswego, Oregon. We are a self-governing association, financed by dues. The TTA follows guidelines set by the Mountain Park Homeowners Association. TTA fiscal responsibility includes streets and street lights, fence and common area landscape upkeep. The TTA Bylaws and Declaration of Restrictions are located on the useful documents page.

TTA Board membership is voluntary and all homeowners are encouraged to participate to ensure the vibrancy and beauty of this special place.
